    Hey there Kerstin,

You have done amazing things and I know so many people who loved your shop. I’m sure I am not the only one to say that I am excited to see what you do as well as I know my late father would be as well.

All the best to you and yours,

This is very sad news as you ate my only source for Bonnat Surabaya… Not sure how I will go on without it.

Wow… so I’m both sad to hear that but also excited that you’ve been evolving as a chocolatier. The move will be exciting and goodness knows a huge difference and I hope it all goes well for you.

    Exciting though! Goog luck!!!

I’m beyond sad to hear that the best Chocolate store in Edmonton! I remember the first time I enjoyed or rather devoured a few amazing pieces of chocolate that was showcased at Leva & they were always selling out. Then I spied the fantastic Chocophilia bars & was addicted! It was amazing! Choclate that was filled with amazing undertones from the natural chocolate & region it came from balanced with unique flavours from top quality sources!
You will be sadly missed in my house! Wish you all the best in your new endeavors!
I also have a question, I’m out of the country in Brasil till the end of April & won’t be able to come by & stock up & your online store is empty, is there any way I can buy some items before your closed for good? :( please email me as soo as you can as I know you must be busy. THANK YOU!!!

Where will I get my chocolate now? I have missed you all year, but was comforted knowing you’d be back – and now you will not be back…. SO sad for #yegfood and little old me. Congratulations on the new chapter of your life… you will be missed – without a doubt!

Kerstin, I will miss you terribly but wish you all the best in your next adventure. Thank you for introducing me to the magic of lavender truffles. Don’t think for a second that I won’t go to Germany to get my fix.

I was sad when I found out that the shop is closing. Reading this entry makes me happy, though, since I now know that you’ll still be in business, just in a new form (whatever that might end up looking like).
