We hope that we can share with<br \/>\nyou many new and exciting chocolate experiences this fall.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"topic\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Name Change<\/span><br \/>\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kerstinschocolates.com\/img\/the.shop.jpg\"  style=\"border: 0px solid ; font-style: italic; width: 250px; height: 202px;\" align=\"top\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"10\"><\/div>\n<p>Yes, &nbsp;we have really changed the name of our shop from &#8220;The<br \/>\nCocoa<br \/>\nRoom by Kerstin&#8217;s Chocolates&#8221;, &nbsp; to &#8220;Kerstin&#8217;s<br \/>\nChocolates&#8221;.&nbsp;Although &#8220;The Cocoa Room&#8221; was catchy and fun, we<br \/>\nrealized that having different names for different aspects of the<br \/>\nbusiness was confusing. We are in the process of changing the signs<br \/>\ninside and outside of the shop to reflect the new name and make our<br \/>\nlocation easier to find. We thank you for your patience during the<br \/>\ntransition!&nbsp; <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"  class=\"topic\">New Products coming soon&#8230;<\/div>\n<p>Due to the hot weather at the end of August and beginning of September,<br \/>\nthe shop is not fully stocked <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px solid ; width: 206px; height: 155px; float: right;\"  alt=\"Madecasse\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.kerstinschocolates.com\/img\/madecasse.jpg\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"10\"> yet, but we are excited<br \/>\nabout the new products coming at the end of the month.&nbsp; Here&#8217;s<br \/>\na preview: <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span  style=\"font-style: italic; text-decoration:  underline;\">Medecasse<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Single<br \/>\norigin bars from Madagascar.&nbsp; We are really excited to have<br \/>\nthis<br \/>\nchocolate available at the shop because it is one of only 2 bars in the<br \/>\nshop(the other is Claudio Corallo) that is made in the country of from<br \/>\nwhere the beans are grown.&nbsp; The cool thing about this is that <img decoding=\"async\"  style=\"border: 0px solid ; width: 148px; height: 310px; float: left;\"  alt=\"Theo Jane Goodal\"  src=\"http:\/\/www.kerstinschocolates.com\/img\/theo.j.jpg\"  hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"10\">more<br \/>\nprofits stay in Madagascar where the people need<br \/>\nit.&nbsp;&nbsp; The<br \/>\nchocolate is organic, directly traded and absolutely delicious! We will also have chocolate making classes classes<br \/>\nand tastings on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Oct 1st<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Oct 22nd<\/span>. To get tickets for these and other events,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kerstinschocolates.com\/tastings.php\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a>.<br \/>             <br style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"  class=\"topic\">&nbsp;New Shop Hours<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; We&#8217;ve decided to open<br \/>\nthe shop at 11am rather than 10 am on weekdays because there were few<br \/>\ncustomers.&nbsp; We are also going to be closing at 5pm&nbsp;on Fridays instead<br \/>\nof 7pm. These new hours will go into effect on Thursday, September 10th.
