Dear
Chocolate Lovers,
Fall is here, and we have much news to share with you.
New
Chocophilia bar to be unveiled at the Rocky Mountain Wine and Food
Festival - free passes available.
A new star is about to be born. After many months
of development, the newest member of our Chocophilia line of bars is
about to be unleashed on the attendees of the Rocky Mountain Wine and
Food Festival (Oct 23rd - 25th, 2008). There will be an enormous
selection of food, wine and spirits to taste. Come and visit our booth
to try
the secret new flavor! (It will go on sale in The Cocoa Room on Oct
28th.)
We have 20
free passes to give away at The Cocoa Room right now, so
the first 10 people who claim them will get free pairs of tickets to
Thursday's
event from 4-10pm (a $28 value!). For information and to
purchase tickets
for Thursday, Friday or Saturday, please see the Rocky
Mountain W&FF web site.
New
Product Survey
We need your help: we are considering bringing in
a new line of teas into The Cocoa Room, and we like to know what you
think about it. This tea is made in France by Mariage Freres, and is
rated some of the best tea in the world. We would also like to hear
about what new products you would like us to bring in. This is an
anonymous 3-question 60 second survey, so please take a (literal)
minute and send us your feedback. Click
here to take the web survey.
Bring
in the kids for some special free treats this Halloween.
We are also launching a new line of fun chocolates for kids this month.
From Oct 28th to Oct 31st, come down to The Cocoa Room (in
costume or not), and each child will receive a free sample bag of
PokeyPines (a milk chocolate and puffed rice confection).
Introducing
the Melt-aways.
For those of you seeking a new chocolate experience, we are now
creating a special treat at The Cocoa Room called "Chocolate
Melt-aways". We make these delectable treats by mixing chocolate and
coconut butter. The combination is sublime: a little cube that melts in
your mouth before you can say "awesome"! These melt-aways come in many
different flavors, so please come visit The Cocoa Room and taste a free
sample!
New:
Be Green and Reuse your packaging... Save 10%.
We want to help reduce waste, and so we are now offering 10% off any
purchase when you use our new jute shopping bags or our Chocolphilia
tote bags. The jute bags cost $3, the cotton tote bags are $10, and
they are available at The Cocoa Room. Also, save 10% when you
refill a can of Chocolate Caviar instead of getting new can.
Special
tasting of 80%+ dark chocolates.
A special ultra-dark chocolate-only tasting has
been
scheduled for Wednesday, Nov 19th, 2008 from 6:30pm to 8pm at The Cocoa
Room (10139 112th St.) Ever want to experience the darker
side of dark chocolate? Come to this one-time event. To
