Here is some good news for Chocophilia lovers in Edmonton!\u00a0The long wait is over. Your favorite Chocophilia bars and other\u00a0Chocophilia products are once again available, fresh and delicious as\u00a0ever.<\/p>\n

The Chocophilia Line<\/p><\/div>\n

After shutting down the shop in April, \u00a0I \u00a0approached my sister, Angie,\u00a0about the possibility of continuing to make the bars herself. \u00a0Angie\u00a0was with me in the kitchen from the very beginning in 2005 when we\u00a0first developed the bar flavors and started producing them in a downtown condo for our first wholesale customers. \u00a0 After\u00a0careful consideration, Angie has decided to carry on the line, but on\u00a0a smaller scale that better suits her situation (she has two\u00a0little ones). \u00a0We made chocolate together this summer, went over all the key recipes, and I am very certain that she can make all of\u00a0your favorite Chocophilia products perfectly. Over the last month or\u00a0so, she has been busy making bars, cocoa nib caviar, hot chocolate and\u00a0other confections with the goal of \u00a0selling them at farmer\u2019s markets\u00a0around the city. \u00a0I am so excited to see Angie grab the baton and run\u00a0with it!<\/div>\n

from 7pm to\u00a09pm and at the\u00a0Callingwood Farmer’s Market<\/a>\u00a0(69th Ave and 178th St.) this Sunday, Sept 23rd from 10am\u00a0to 3pm. \u00a0She will do a repeat appearance the next week:\u00a0Highlands<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday Sept. 27th (7pm to 9pm) and\u00a0Callingwood<\/a>\u00a0on Sunday, October 7th (10am to 3pm).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
