In order to revivie it, I will make and serve Tajate this week at the shop.  If you&#8217;re unfamiliar with Tejate, I wrote about it in one of my first blog entries during my visit to Oaxaca.  Basically it&#8217;s a mixture of corn, cacao, flowers and water.  Isn&#8217;t that lovely?
